A word from the Chief

Orchestrating taste

Sandoz Chhel, 39, born in Montpellier to a Cambodian father and a Spanish mother, will surprise you with a blend of flavors.

Sandoz means honesty and tolerance in Cambodian.
A lover and enthusiast of cooking from an early age, Sandoz is a chef by trade.

After 10 years of practice in several establishments in the Paris region, Sandoz felt increasingly attracted to pastry-making and its rigor, and decided to perfect his skills further.

He also worked for 10 years in this field in major houses such as “La durée” in Paris and “Maison Bonnaire” in Montpellier.

modestly surprises a childhood memory” Sandoz C.
